“Country queen” Kelsea Ballerini left fans “crying” after whipping out an unexpected pop cover at the behest of a young fan that she was visiting in an unidentified children’s hospital.

Musicians On Call, a charity that connects musicians with patients, families and caregivers in healthcare environments, teamed up with the “Penthouse” songstress to “bring joy and brightness” to in-patient kids, posting a video to TikTok of Ballerini covering a Justin Bieber track at the request of one young girl.

She wore a surgical mask as she read the lyrics to “Baby” off her phone, singing an acoustic rendition of the song as a little girl mouthed the words from her bed.

“Your talent brings smiles to many!” the organization applauded in the caption.

Fans called Ballerini a “perfect human” after watching the heartwarming clip, applauding her “pure soul” for performing whatever the patients wanted to hear, despite clearly not knowing all of the words.

“I’m crying 😭😭😭💗💗💗,” one admitted, while someone else dubbed her “Sunshine in human form.”

“Thought I couldn’t love her more but I was clearly wrong,” someone gushed, as another declared, “Made the right one famous, for sure. Angel on earth! ❤️.”

“She’s my favorite famous person,” somebody else agreed.

One final fan said that the touring artist serves as “Our country queen that we don’t deserve,” and it seems she continues to prove them right.
