Dua Lipa is set to take the stage at Anfield Stadium this week, and rumours are flying that she could be joined by two megastars. The Levitating singer has already brought out Charli XCX and Jamiroquai as special guests on her Radical Optimism tour, so fans are speculating over which acts could make an appearance in Liverpool tonight.

One of the names that has been flying around is Harry Styles. The Golden singer hasn’t toured since July 2023, and his last album, Harry’s House, was released the year before. While fans of Styles have been hoping for new music, social media has been entranced by the former One Direction member’s activities over the past year. Styles has been spotted among crowds in Rome welcoming the new Pope, running the Tokyo Marathon, and sight-seeing in Berlin.

Some fans shared on X that an “official source” had confirmed that Lipa would bring out Styles as a guest at Anfield. One posted: “If harry steps anywhere near that stage with dua lipa tomorrow you’re never hearing from me again.”

Another wrote: “If harry styles steps on stage at Anfield when I am 20 minutes away just know its over for me xxx”

Others were less convinced that he would be making an appearance, with one fan writing: “Why are people joking that Harry Styles will be Dua’s special guest in Anfield, this is not a joke to me.”

Also rumoured to be joining Dua on stage is Raye, the seven-time Brit winner known for her critically acclaimed 2023 album My 21st Century Blues.

During one of her Wembley shows in London, Dua brought out Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay, telling the crowd that he was someone who “really inspired” her from “the moment” she started making music. Dua added that he had been “a trailblazer for British music”.

Charli XCX was also brought out to perform at Wembley, with Dua saying: “So this next song, I thought I’d bring a friend out. Let me tell you, she is the biggest brat. Give it up for Charli XCX!”

Dua told the 70,000 fans in attendance: ”This is such a massive, massive milestone for me. I’ve had a lump in my throat from the moment this show started.” She added: “It means the absolute world to me that you’re here tonight. It feels like I’ve waited my whole life for this moment.”

The singer’s Radical Optimism album was released in May last year through Warner Records. It debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and surpassed one billion streams on Spotify in June 2024.
