Zac Brown Went Through Messy Divorce In The Public Eye

As anyone who has ever been through it knows, divorces can be messy. This is especially true when you’re a famous musician like Zac, as all of his divorce drama with Kelly Yazdi played out in the public eye. While it’s often the running joke that things like heartbreak fuel the writing of hit songs, this is still something that no one wants to have to go through.

Even with things like lawsuits and more playing out in the public space, Zac Brown has continued to put out music and play shows with his band. A new record called Love & Fear is coming in December of 2025, and this new offering features 13 tracks. So, even with everything that Zac has dealt with in his personal life in recent years, at the end of the day, it’s still all about the music.

Brown Reveals He’s Going Broke For Surprising Reason

Based on the latest updates making the rounds from Zac Brown, the singer recently confessed that he is going broke; however, it may not be for the reason that some of his fans might think. It turns out, the singer said he is “going into debt” producing his upcoming residency shows at Sphere in Las Vegas.

Speaking to US Weekly while promoting these upcoming shows, Zac Brown said, “It’s a big moment in time and it’s like, for us, I want to be among the names of the Grateful Dead and the Rolling Stones and the bands that take that lifelong career impact fan journey to be able to do that. This is our statement to try to step into that.”

The four-show run will kick off on December 5, which also happens to be the release date of the next album. So, there will be a lot to look forward to for Zac Brown fans once all of this comes together. Planning shows of this magnitude are certainly no easy task, and Zac talked about his mindset, especially when it comes to facing adversity.

Zac Brown said, “There’s lots of forces that are always trying to distract you from what you’re doing, and you just got to just keep plowing, keep going.”
