Larsa Pippen was featured on Good Night New York in New York City on Wednesday, and fans couldn’t help but notice how different she looked.
Following the appearance, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star was accused of sporting a “different face” as fans on social media compared her to Marysol Patton‘s late mother, Elsa Patton, and reflected on how beautiful she was when she first joined the Bravo reality series back in 2011 for season one.
On August 7, new images of Larsa were published following a public appearance in New York.
After seeing the image, Bye Wig Hello Drama on Instagram reshared the pic with their fans and followers, prompting many to speak out.
“Larsa please stop!!!” one person begged.
Another said the reality star had “way tooooo much filler,” as a third suggested she was suffering from some sort of “dysmorphia.”
“This is so sad. Our culture is so toxic to perpetuate this addiction to cosmetic enhancements,” noted someone else.

Larsa Pippen is seen during a segment of “Good Night New York” on August 06, 2025 in New York City.
Several others compared her to Elsa.
“No offense to Mama Elsa (may she RIP), but we remember what happened to her face. Larsa was a beautiful woman and she has totally messed up her face. She should use [Adriana de Moura]’s doctors,” one Instagram user suggested.
As the comments flooded in, many RHOM fans remembered how “naturally beautiful” Larsa was amid her first season on the show.
“She had a unique beauty before she messed up her face. She really didn’t need all that work. The lips are way too much. And it just looks like it hurts for her to talk,” someone stated.
“Show her before she started on RHOM. She didn’t need any work done,” another person demanded.
As before-and-after photos of Larsa took X by storm, many demanded she quit using filler.
“Oh God, stop injecting crap in your face!!!!!” someone wrote.
Amid the social media backlash, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Kahn, suspected Larsa had gotten fillers.
“It looks like she has gotten some fresh fillers for summer,” Dr. Kahn told the Daily Mail on August 7. “Her lips are swollen so she likely had plenty of filler on both the top and bottom lips for a fuller feeling. It is also likely she had Botox on her forehead because there is not one line, even when she smiles.”
According to the surgeon, the work Larsa had done was “very nice” and the fillers were “settling in as they should.”
“When she smiles it looks like a lot of puffiness, but when she is not smiling it is perfect: it’s actually a pretty good amount, it works for her, she looks youthful,” he explained.
