Sofía Vergara and Douglas Chabbott Seemingly Confirm Romance in PDA Photo

Sofía Vergara may be off the market and the evidence is in new PDA-filled pics from her time in Rome with rumored boyfriend Douglas Chabbott.

Sofía Vergara  is soaking up the amore in Rome.

The Modern Family alum appeared to confirm her romance with rumored boyfriend Douglas Cabbott in the Italian capital, as they packed on the PDA following a dinner date June 30. Sofía, 52, was all smiles as the businessman lifted her up and planted a kiss on her cheek while they left a restaurant in Rome.

What’s more, the America’s Got Talent judge—who donned a form-fitting floral dress for the occasion—left with Douglas and headed to a hotel together following their dinner.

Sofía—who ended her seven-year marriage to Joe Manganiello in 2024—first sparked dating rumors with Douglas in May when they were spotted spending time with each other across France. And while Sofía hasn’t publicly spoken about her relationship, she hasn’t been shy posting the businessman on Instagram.

Sofía playfully called Douglas out on Instagram in a hilarious post May 22, when he seemingly told restaurant staff that it was her birthday, leading the dinner table—including Patrick Schwarzenegger and his fiancée Abby Champion—to hold up sparklers while employees sang “Happy Birthday.”

In the clip, Sofía threw up her middle fingers to the camera before dancing along with the table, writing in the caption, “Respect me @dougchabbott.”

He was also by her side when she celebrated both J Balvin and Naomi Campbell’s birthdays during two separate parties during their French vacation.

The pair went on to make their first public appearance days later at the Monaco Grand Prix May 25. Douglas joined Sofía and her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, 33, as she attended the event. In a series of photos shared by the Griselda star, Douglas posed alongside her, Manolo, Patrick and Abby at the event.

Following her split with Joe, Sofía had been dating Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman, though they ended things in January after almost a year together. That same month, she shared that she was ready to find love again in 2025, telling Access Hollywood that she was manifesting, “Health, money, a boyfriend. Or a lover, maybe.”
