Post Malone for the next Super Bowl halftime show.

Yesterday, he headlined The Salvation Army’s Annual Red Kettle Kickoff Halftime Show during the Dallas Cowboys’ game against the Kansas City Chiefs, where he must’ve been good luck as the Cowboys beat the Kansas City Chiefs 31-28.

Of course, Post grew up as a huge Cowboys fan, as his father actually worked for the Cowboys and managed concessions when Post was a kid, so it was a full-circle moment for his entire family.

He ran through hits like “Wrong Ones, “Wow,” and “I Had Some Help,” and while I was excited to see him perform, the reaction was certainly mixed… some fans thought he didn’t sound great, but others seemed to think it was a great performance with a variety of music considering Post played some of his rap and country hits.

I thought it was good, and honestly it was pretty simple in terms of the production, but there were tons of comments on their social media posts about Posty being the perfect fit for a Super Bowl, and I whole heartedly agree…
