Luke, 48, has been supporting Carrie, 42, behind the scenes, with the pair now sharing a sassy moment together.
Sitting on the panel for Disney night as seven singers became five, the two country artists were seen having some off-screen fun during an ad break.
“What’s the best thing about working next to me?” Luke asked Carrie.
Carrie then made a motion with her hand where she appeared to be zipping her mouth closed.
“She has crickets and zipped her lips. Dammit,” he said in response.
Luke looked annoyed by Carrie’s answer and almost growled when he responded.
He then looked at the camera before slamming his microphone down on the desk in front of him, in a jovial way.
Sharing the video, Luke then made a flirty comment when he said: “We all know I’m your favorite co-worker @carrieunderwood #idol.”
FANS REACT TO EXCHANGE
Reacting to the video on X, formerly Twitter, one person said: “Your funny Luke, love it.”
“I would love to work with you luke,” gushed a third.
A fourth then said: “It’s no secret – you’ve definitely earned that title, @carrieunderwood! #idol.”
The video was also shared on Luke’s Instagram page with the same caption.
One person commented: “LMAO! Love Carrie.”
“Carrie has sass,” penned a second.
“@lukebryan love your reaction! Love you! @carrieunderwood mark of a good woman,” added a third.
Last night on American Idol, the remaining seven singers performed their favorite Disney songs.
DOUBLE ELIMINATION OUTRAGE
Breanna Nix, Gabby Samone, Jamal Roberts, John Foster, Mattie Pruit, Slater Nalley and Thunderstorm Artis all performed for the judges last night.
But only five out of the seven singers made it through to the next round, which in turn formed the top five.
Sadly, Gabby and Mattie were eliminated from the show.
Reacting to the double elimination, one person said on X: “Damnit America. Yall fumbled Gabby Samone.”
While another wrote: “Gabby should not have been eliminated.”
And a third said: “Is America deaf? Gabby should be top 5!”
