Lainey Wilson was growing tired of waiting.

While filming a video for CMT in late December, the country music star, 32, joked that she might have to propose to her boyfriend, Devlin “Duck” Hodges. Less than two months later, the former NFL player, 28, got down on one knee.

“It was perfectly planned,” a source says of the proposal, which took place at the Tennessee home of the late country icon George Jones. “She was impressed.”

“Those two are sparing no expense,” admits the source. “They’re going all out to have the wedding of their dreams.”

Grammy Award-winning artist Lainey Wilson released a new single, “Bell Bottoms Up,” just in time for National Bell Bottoms Day on April 5.

Recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London, “Bell Bottoms Up” was co-written by Wilson and her band.

“I’m a homegrown, roll your own, light it up life of the party/ Yeah I’m a last call, wrecking ball, I’m tellin’ y’all I’m just gettin’ started/ I’m fillin’ up these jeans like I do my cup/ Throwback, throw down, bell bottoms up,” Wilson delivers in the chorus.

“Bell Bottoms Up” also shares its name with the singer’s Nashville bar, which opened last May. The 27,000-square-foot venue is located at 120 Third Avenue South, which is the previous home of Florida Georgia Line’s FGL House.
