Kelly Ripa calls out viewers who dislike her talking about her bra on Live: ‘Don’t care if you’re offended. Shut it!’

“My bras last forever because they don’t get a big workout. I’m not asking a lot of them, if you know what I’m saying.”

Kelly Ripa calls out viewers complaining about her talking about her bra on ‘Live’.

Kelly Ripa does not care if you don’t like her talking about her bra and chest size on morning TV, thank you very much!

The Live With Kelly and Mark icon once again brought up one of her favorite topics on Wednesday’s edition of the talk show, as she seamlessly transitioned from a discussion about her childhood friend to the matter of, “Bras! Bras, everyone!”

Ripa told the studio audience that “bras are older than you think,” clarifying, “And I don’t mean just my bra. I mean bras.”

She joked that hers are “thousands of years” old, because “they don’t get a big workout. I’m not asking a lot of them, if you know what I’m saying. You know what I mean? Basically, I wear my bra to hold my microphone on. That is why I wear a bra, not to hold anything else, because there’s nothing else there.”

Ripa then turned to the audience and exclaimed, “I don’t care if you’re offended. Shut it! But, that is why I wear a bra, just to put a microphone on. So, I don’t ask a lot.”

Live cohost and Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos, hung his head in his hands, laughing as his wife discussed her chest size on the air. The camera also cut to a shot of the studio audience, with one member also lowering his head as he laughed at Ripa’s remarks.

“I used to like the ones that had the little snaps in the front,” Consuelos added to the conversation.

Ripa replied, telling viewers that “he was very good” at the act, to which the audience applauded and cheered. “I was so impressed, I was like, wow, I mean, this guy knows his way around a bra.”

Consuelos then joked that his wife’s bras are more like “a tank top” than anything else, before Ripa launched into a history less on bras.

She noted research that found undergarments dating as far back as ancient Greece, while she labeled another example as “breast bags” from the medieval times, near Austria.

Ripa and Consuelos have long joked about her chest size on Live, with Consuelos telling his spouse in July that she needed a “toddler-sized” workout vest to support herself during exercise.

His wife then turned to the audience for assistance over the dig. “That’s right, my audience, an audience of witnesses!” Ripa said.
