Morgan Wallen’s Ex KT Smith Reveals She’s Back Together with Husband Luke Scornavacco After Announcing Split

Morgan Wallen’s ex Katie “KT” Smith shared a shocking relationship update.

On Sunday, April 20, the social media influencer, 30, revealed on Instagram that she reconciled with husband Luke Scornavacco following the couple’s split in January after nine months of marriage.

“look what the Lord can do,” Smith captioned the post, alongside photos with Scornavacco and her 4-year-old son, Indigo, whom she shares with the country star, 31.

News that Smith rekindled her relationship with Scornavacco comes four months after she announced the pair were going their separate ways.

“As difficult as it is to share this, I know that a lot of you guys have been invested in our relationship since we used to post together a lot at the beginning of our relationship,” she wrote in an Instagram Stories post on Tuesday, Jan. 14.

Smith added that she wanted to provide “an update” because she and Scornavacco had “both been hounded with questions.”

“Luke and I have decided to separate,” she wrote, noting that she’d be keeping the details of their split private.

Added Smith: “We won’t be sharing about it, because there truly isn’t much to share. we both have to do what’s best for us, as well as Indigo, while he’s still as young as he is.”

She then noted there was “nothing but love on both sides” and that neither person had done anything “wrong.”

“We just haven’t worked out in a while, and we both need to be the best version of ourselves,” said Smith, who said they’d be “rooting each other on from a distance.”

Smith and Scornavacco announced their engagement in an Instagram post in March 2024.

They shared a series of photos from Scornavacco’s marriage proposal at Magnolia Farms in Eagleville, Tenn, where Smith donned a long white dress as her then-boyfriend got down on one knee in front of her with a ring box in his hands.

Featured in the Instagram carousel were also images of the couple posing with family members, Indigo, and a close-up of Smith’s square-shaped diamond engagement ring.

“Why save the good things for later ❤️‍🔥,” she captioned the post.

Smith and Scornavacco also shared video footage documenting the romantic proposal in April 2024.

“03/29/24: when dreams turned to reality ✨,” they captioned the post, giving credit to jewelry brand Brilliant Earth for their “dream ring.”
