Elon Musk claims to have paid Ashley St. Clair $2.5 million in child support despite his doubts about his paternity.
“I don’t know if the child is mine, but I’m not opposed to finding out. No court order needed,” Elon Musk (53) commented on an X video showing St. Clair selling her Tesla to raise the child.
According to Elon Musk, “even though I don’t know for sure, I’m still giving Ashley $2.5 million and will send her $500,000/year.”

In response, St. Clair posted on X: “Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child was born. You refused. And you didn’t send me any money. You only sent child support that you thought was necessary until you used most of it to maintain control and punish me for ‘disobedience.’ But you were really just punishing your son.”
Ashley St. Clair, a social media influencer, continued: “It’s ironic that your last ditch effort in court was to try to silence me with a social media channel you own to spread derogatory messages about me and our child to the world. It’s all about control. Everyone can see that.” She concluded: “America needs you to grow up, you stubborn childish man.”
Over the weekend, paparazzi caught St. Clair in a car accident. Clair sells her $100,000 Tesla.
Handing the keys to her black Model S to a dealership rep, she declared, “I’m selling it because I need to make up for the money Elon is taking out for our son.”
When a photographer asked why the Tesla CEO would do this, St. Clair replied, “That’s a great question for him.”

When asked by a reporter if Musk was “retaliating” against the activist, she replied: “Yes, that’s how he works when women speak up.”
She went on to claim that the X owner stopped contacting her after February 13, the day before she publicly announced that he was the father of her 6-month-old son.
Earlier this month, St. Clair accused Musk of cutting her child support payments after suing him for sole legal custody. Her legal team told People: “Elon Musk financially retaliated against his own child and unilaterally significantly reduced his child support.”
Billionaire Elon Musk denies that he ‘financially retaliated’ against his girlfriend Ashley St. Clair and their child.
