Country music star’s wife has had it with IVF treatments after ‘hellacious’ side effects

Jelly Roll's wife slams those bullying singer about his weight: 'Makes me wanna cry' - ABC News

Bunnie Xo is opening up to the public about her IVF treatments, citing it has not been going well.

Bunnie Xo, a musical artist and wife of country singer Jelly Roll, has been open about hoping to expand her family. But the IVF treatments she is going through in hopes of a child have been “hellacious,” she said in an episode of her podcast “Dumb Blonde.”

“It has been the worst thing I’ve ever been through in my life,” she continued.

Through the treatments, Bunnie Xo shared she is experiencing cold sweats, nausea, blood sugar crashes, pain and weight loss.

The treatment plan includes taking Lupron, a drug that her father took when battling cancer. She explained on her podcast that the drug can treat infertility, cancer and endometriosis. But it isn’t something that has been a walk in the park.

“I saw how my dad felt on Lupron, and now that I have actually gone through it, I feel so bad that I was not more understanding with my dad,” she admitted. “I have almost gone to the hospital probably 10 times in the past 48 hours.”

While she recently finished her course of the drug, she said she won’t ever take it again, even if that means giving up on IVF.

“At this point, I don’t (expletive) care. Let’s just call it what it is and figure out another game plan,” she said.

During an episode of her podcast back in January, Bunnie Xo, who is the stepmother to Jelly Roll’s children — Bailee Ann and Noah Buddy — said she was finally ready to be a mom.

“I just feel like I’ve been healing so much trauma with my parents that I finally am ready to be a parent,” Bunnie Xo said. “Like, I’ve helped raise Bailee since she was 7, and I think that also showed me that, hey, I’m not gonna (expletive) up a kid’s life too badly.

She added that she wants “a little piece of J and I together.”
