CHELSEA’S Nicholas Jackson is set to return to the Premier League after spending the season with Bayern Munich.

Prior to the final home game of the season, Bayern took a moment to celebrate the players who would not be returning next season.

Three players were presented with a bouquet of flowers and a HUGE poster to say thank you.

On the night, Jackson, 24, subbed in for Leon Goretzka in the 82nd minute and immediately fired the ball into the back of the net.

But Harry Kane brought the blockbuster action to the Bavarian capital, scoring a hat-trick to hand Bayern a 5-1 triumph over Koln.

Jackson, 24, left Stamford Bridge to join the Bundesliga side on loan last September with a £55million buy-out clause.

But the club made it clear that they would not be triggering the clause.

The Senegalese forward racked up nearly one thousand minutes across 34 appearances as the German giants stormed towards their 34th league title and another Supercup.

And they missed out on the Champions League final after providing one of the most entertaining games of the season in their 5-4 first-leg clash against Paris Saint-Germain.

Jackson has now scored eleven goals and assisted four times across all competitions.
