The trio of former Manchester United stars, Carlos Tevez, Patrice Evra, and Park Ji-sung, had an emotional reunion in South America.

This week, Evra and Park flew together to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to visit their former teammate Tevez. On his personal page, Evra excitedly shared a picture of the three of them smiling and hugging each other, with the caption: “On my way to Buenos Aires with Park Ji-sung to meet my brother Carlos Tevez – the Apache. Vamos Argentina!”
Earlier, the former French defender also posted a photo of the trio lifting the Premier League trophy, recalling glorious memories in the “Red Devils” shirt.
Tevez joined Manchester United in 2007 and quickly became close friends with Evra and Park. Although he only spent two seasons with the club before moving to Manchester City in 2009, the Argentinian striker maintained a close relationship with his two former teammates.
Sharing on the club’s website previously, Park admitted: “When Carlos arrived in 2007, we naturally bonded. Although I couldn’t speak Spanish and Carlos didn’t speak English at the time, Patrice was always the translator. We always sat together on planes, trains, in hotels, or even during warm-ups before matches. We simply felt comfortable being around each other.”
During the trip, Evra and Park also visited Brazil and reunited with the twins Fabio and Rafael, former Manchester United defenders. Fabio shared a photo welcoming his two teammates, calling them “legends”.
Of the three friends, Evra and Park have been with MU the longest, making 379 and 205 appearances respectively. Despite the passage of time, their friendship continues to inspire admiration from fans on social media.
