Scarlett Johansson is setting clear intentions for 2026, and she shared them with fans who attended a recent event for her beauty brand, The Outset Skincare.
While attending the function in honor of the launch of a new product, Total Clarity Dark Spot Serum, the founder and longtime screen star was asked about her “clear intention for 2026.” Answering quickly, the Marvel actress, 41, made a vulnerable admission: “My clear intention, I think, is to engage in the things that bring me joy.”
Other attendees’ answers to the reflective question included things like, “To stop overthinking; to just trust my intuition,” “Staying true to myself,” “To listen to my body,” and “To be more open to opportunities that come my way—so, say ‘yes’ more.”
With a new year having just kicked off, the moment struck a chord with viewers of the video, and several hopped into the comments section of the Instagram clip, reporting feeling inspired.
“So inspiring!” one exclaimed, while another agreed, “I love these!🥹”
More commenters came by to drop similar reactions, leaving notes like, “Love love love this ❤️❤️,” “2026 – the year of intention ❤️,” “oooo i LOVE ‘explore’!!” and “Absolutely love these so much😍.”
Meanwhile, some were simply enamored with the Black Widow star’s looks. “❤️she is glowing,” one said, with another complimenting, “You are beautiful Scarlett❤️❤️❤️,” and someone else popping in to add, “Scarlett definitely looks amazing in the black dress… 😭”
For the event, the mom of two—who shares daughter Rose Daurias with ex-husband Romain Dauriac, and son Cosmo with husband Colin Jost—donned a sultry, black velour spaghetti strap slip dress with a sheer ruffled neckline. For beauty, she wore her blonde hair down, middle-parted in loose waves, complemented by neutral makeup.
Tying the look together, Johansson added a stack of glitzy bracelets and a gold watch for accessories.
On the film front, the Lucy actress recently starred in Jurassic World Rebirth and made her directorial debut with Eleanor the Great. She’s also set for filmmaker Mike Flanagan‘s The Exorcist reboot as well as a Tower of Terror project, with additional rumored involvement in The Batman: Part II.
