Liverpool defender Milos Kerkez has given an insight into Mohamed Salah‘s illustrious trophy cabinet.
Salah and Kerkez became team-mates at Liverpool in the summer, with the former Bournemouth defender making the move to Anfield in a £40million transfer as Salah signed a new deal.
While Kerkez took some time to adapt to his new side, he is now hitting his stride, but Salah has struggled in a season that has saw him fall out with manager Arne Slot and endure a Premier League goal drought.
Still, that hasn’t erased the vast success the Egyptian has enjoyed throughout his Reds career. He has won eight major trophies in his nine years as a Liverpool player, as well as a number of individual accolades.
He has lifted the Premier League twice, the Champions League, the Club World Cup and the FA Cup – among others – in a Reds shirt.
Those achievements sit alongside four Premier League Golden Boot awards and other accomplishments, and Kerkez, upon taking a trip to Salah’s family home, has shown off the 33-year-old’s trophy cabinet.

Salah lives on Merseyside with wife Magi, who he has known since childhood and married in 2013, and their two daughters: Makka, 11, and Kayan, six.
It was their complete contentment in Liverpool which is one of the main reasons Salah extended his historic stay in the summer.
While money, job security, and ambition will all have factored in his decision to stay, Salah made clear that his family’s happiness in Liverpool was a big factor.
‘They feel at home,’ he said. ‘They were very happy, Magi and the kids, they were very happy that we’re staying another two years. It feels like home so everyone was happy.
‘I think Makka was the happiest one in the family, she wanted us to stay. Of course we all wanted to stay but Makka because her friends are here and the school. It was a very good vibe after the moment that I signed.
‘I’m enjoying my life here. I’m enjoying my football. My family also feels at home. We enjoy every moment in the city and every moment in the club.’

Salah met Magi when the pair were schoolkids in the Egyptian village of Basion Gharbia. He comes from a humble background. As a child, he would make four-hour bus journeys each way five days per week to train with Al Mokawloon, frequently missing school. That determination has never left him.
His home life is geared towards keeping himself in the best shape possible. His house, which is in the same neighbourhood as Manchester City’s Erling Haaland, is kitted out with two gym rooms and also has cryotherapy facilities and a hyperbaric chamber.
