JESSE LINGARD has been spotted casually cycling through Brazil’s favelas as he settles into life at Corinthians.

The 33-year-old, who has 32 England caps, has played his football outside of Europe of late with FC Seoul and is now in Brazil.

In the video the attacker can be seen interacting with children and locals.

At one point he even eats what appears to be a cracker before joining what looks to be a fan in his house.

The video then turns to the famous streets as Lingard gets involved with the ball at his feet.

The final scene cuts to the ex-Nottingham Forest and West Ham man reading a newspaper article about his arrival.

One fan is especially excited to see him play, writing: “Let’s speed up the paperwork to play soon!”

Another said: “JLingzz ma man all the best.”

A host of others posted GIFs of the new signing from during his days in the Premier League.

Speaking about his decision to join Corinthains, he said: “First, I saw the fans at the airport chanting ‘Go Corinthians! Go Corinthians!’, you know?

“There’s a lot of passion from the fans, which is wonderful to see. The training centre here is incredible.

“And the players welcomed me with open arms, the coach, the director, it was great to meet them.

“My first impressions – very happy, I can’t wait to play.”

Lingard also shared a clip from the stands of his new fanbase and was clearly impressed with the atmosphere they created.

In the clip on his Instagram stories, they could be seen bouncing around all four sides of the stadium with the English man sharing the video alongside two fire emojis.
