Brett Favre Didn’t Mince Words After Donald Trump Banned Transgender Women From Competing In Women’s Sports

Former NFL star Brett Favre had a lot to say after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to ban transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports.
The order provides guidance, regulations, and legal interpretations, and it will require the Department of Education to investigate non-compliant high schools.
An administration official said that the executive order would reverse the position of the Biden administration that stated LGBT students would be protected by federal law.
This came as great news to Brett Favre.
The Hall of Fame quarterback praised President Donald Trump on Thursday after he signed the “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” order on Wednesday.

“I appreciate President @realDonaldTrump signing an initiative to keep biological boys from competing against females,” Favre said in a post on X.
“It’s sad that this had to happen in this day and age, but glad it was done.”
The President is not done with this fight.
Trump further stated Wednesday during a signing ceremony for an executive order aimed at banning transgender athletes from women’s sports that his administration wants the IOC to “change everything having to do with the Olympics and having to do with this absolutely ridiculous subject” ahead of the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles.
Brett Favre Spoke At Donald Trump’s Rally
Brett Favre has long been a supporter of Donald Trump.
He made that clear when he joined him in Green Bay last year to encourage voters, especially Packers fans, to vote Trump on Election Day.
Wisconsin is a critical battleground state that Trump narrowly won in 2016 but then narrowly lost in 2020.
“Much like the Packer organization, Donald Trump and his organization is a winner, and the United States of America won with his leadership,” Brett Favre said at the time.
Everything worked out in the end, as Trump won Wisconsin and received 10 electoral votes.
