Country music legend, 58, seen using cane in new photo

Tim McGraw is spending time with wife Faith Hill in Copenhagen.

The country singer, 58, shared a photo to Instagram of him and Hill sitting outside at a restaurant. McGraw noted in the caption that they were abroad to see their daughter Audrey McGraw perform. “Hangin with my baby in Copenhagen to see @audreymcgraw on tour with the fabulous @brandicarlile,” he penned.

In the picture of McGraw and Hill dining al fresco, the “Highway Don’t Care” singer could be seen holding onto a cane as he sat, which fans immediately noticed. “Beautiful photo. Why do you have a cane? Are you ok,” asked one user in the comment section.

McGraw is likely using a cane in connection to a string of surgeries he underwent this past year.

In May, McGraw appeared on The Bull’s “Bobby Bones Show” where host Bobby Brown noticed the country hitmaker looked uncomfortable as he sat. “Are you OK?” he asked.

“Getting there,” McGraw responded, revealing that he’s had three back surgeries and double knee replacements in the last six to eight months.

Bones inquired why McGraw had so many surgeries done in such a short period of time. McGraw explained he had the first surgery done before going on tour last year, but “that kinda went south.”

While on tour, his knees both gave out too. He went into surgery after wrapping his tour, tending to his back and knees. Unfortunately, the knee surgery caused him to throw out his back a third time. McGraw’s back issues even prompted him to pull out of a Netflix show he was set to star in about a five-time champion bull rider.

As for how he’s feeling post-surgeries, McGraw responded, “I feel better,” but added, ”Some mornings are better than others.” This latest Instagram post is the first photo he’s shared where a cane was pictured.
