“You Might All of a Sudden See Boobs”: Kelly Clarkson Suffers Near Wardrobe Malfunction

Kelly Clarkson resumes Las Vegas residency shows after last-minute postponement | Fox News

Kelly Clarkson’s Las Vegas residency has had its share of ups and downs since it was supposed to kick off on July 4.

In case you missed it, Clarkson postponed the first two performances of her Caesars Palace shows 90 minutes before the show was to begin to rest her voice. When the residency resumed on July 11, she apologized again.

“It took me a minute. I’m so sorry,” Clarkson told the crowd. “I know some of y’all had tickets for last weekend’s shows. I’m so sorry. We can’t help our bodies sometimes. You know, we get sick, and that happens.”

This Incident at This Show Was a Little Different…

However, the “Miss Independent” singer and the audience had a good laugh after another incident at a recent “Studio Sessions” performance. A fan captured it on social media and, of course, promptly went viral.

Wearing a Willie Nelson shirt, Clarkson paused the show to tell the audience that she was getting hot. She then admitted to the crowd something else was happening underneath her top.

“I’m not gonna lie, I have these like pasties things underneath,” she confessed. “I am so hot … is this the change?”

The “change” the 43-year-old performer was likely referring to was menopause. Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes.

Clarkson carried on

It was a hilarious and honest moment from the morning talk show host, who has been known for her authenticity since winning American Idol in 2002.

However, the moments were just getting started. Holding her chest, Clarkson told the audience those pasties weren’t staying put, warning those in the front row they were going to get a little more than they paid for.

“Oh my God, it’s gonna happen,” she said. “You might all of a sudden see boobs.”

Clarkson’s show is getting rave reviews

While her residency began with a few setbacks, fans have made it clear both in person and online that her “Studio Sessions” residency is hitting all the right notes.

She has shows scheduled at The Colosseum through November 15. If you can’t make it to a performance, The Kelly Clarkson Show will be returning for a seventh season this fall. However, the New York Post has reported that it may be her last.
