The TV star opened the night by hyping up classical music even going as far as to compare Mozart to Harry Styles.

All Things Orchestral delivered an extraordinary classical music experience including mesmerising live music and performances.

The show included a sneak peek of Grammy Award-winning American composer Michael Giacchino’s musical suite for new Marvel movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

The score was introduced live from the ‘Blue Carpet’ by Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn.

Hosted once again by Myleene Klass, crowds were treated to a spectacle of scores in the sunlit park, delivered by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and conducted by Ben Palmer.

Audiences also enjoyed a special VE Day tribute, Benjamin Appl and a super-powered remake of Giacchino’s beloved The Incredibles suite and John Williams’ captivating Indiana Jones theme tune.

Klass greeted the crowd, celebrating classic music and defying the stereotypes surrounding the genre: “When a lot of people think about classical music, they think it’s very stuffy and [with] bow ties and there are a lot of rules and regulations when it comes to classical music… This is not the case.”

She continued, “Mozart is a bit like Harry Styles. Liszt is a bit like Taylor Swift; he had so much fan mail he couldn’t deal with it — these guys are the biggest personalities. Classical music…they’re the original rock stars!”

BST Hyde Park returns tonight with an unforgettable headline performance from Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts. Check out the timings here.
