The Rumored Release Date for Harry Styles’ Much-Anticipated Fourth Album
Social media is also buzzing about a possible concert
Javi MartÃnez—Harry’s fans have been waiting for more than three years without new music from the British singer, and the anticipation is starting to eat away at them. The last time we heard from him in album form was back in May 2022, when Harry Styles released his third studio album, Harry’s House.
Now, after all this time and with nerves running high, rumors are swirling about his return to the music scene—possibly with a new album, preceded by a lead single. The wait feels justified. Styles has never been known for disappearing from music for too long, so the silence is unusual. But it wouldn’t be the first time his fans have let themselves get excited over nothing.
Talks of a comeback have been making the rounds on social media since March. At that point, though, the buzz was nothing more than pure speculation. Wild theories that ultimately went nowhere when fans of the ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer received no updates on HS4, the code name given to what many hope will be Harry’s next big project.

Just a few days ago, an insider took to X to share when the Redditch-born singer is expected to drop his next album: new music in January 2026 and a full album between March and April. According to this user—who has reportedly shared reliable information before—this is the current plan for Harry Styles’ return. Now, fans are scanning every corner of the internet for clues.
Styles Without New Music… But Possibly With a Concert?
Social media is also buzzing about a possible concert, inspired by Lady Gaga’s free show at Copacabana Beach this past May. Some see Styles as the perfect follow-up for such an event—an ideal way to reconnect with fans and step back into the spotlight.
Others, however, argue that since he hasn’t released new music since 2022, the chances are slim. Still, history shows it’s not impossible: Copacabana has welcomed artists without recent releases before, including Metallica in 1991 and The Rolling Stones in 2006.
The truth is, all we can do now is wait—wait for the three music-free years, during which the British star has explored acting and business ventures, to have sparked the inspiration he needs to return to the stage with more energy than ever.
