Everything We Believed About Hulk Hogan’s Death Could Be Wrong

Police are continuing to investigate the death of wrestler Hulk Hogan, and his wife is sharing a detail that points to a very different cause of death.

Meanwhile, Brooke Hogan — the Hulkster’s daughter — says the 911 call and police bodycam footage will “change the narrative.”

Hulk Hogan Autopsy Results

About two weeks after Hogan died at age 71 in Clearwater, Fla., his daughter Brooke Hogan wondered why no autopsy was performed before he was cremated.

Her concerns, it turns out, were premature. TMZ is now reporting that Hogan’s widow Sky Daily says an autopsy was complete and that he has not been cremated yet.

Additionally, she revealed something that happened during one of his surgeries that has people screaming “malpractice!”

How Did Hulk Hogan Die?

On July 31, the coroner ruled Hogan’s cause of death to be a heart attack. Also revealed was his battle with leukemia CLL, a form of cancer that affects the white blood cells.

Daily shares that his phrenic nerve (central to breathing) was “compromised” during a recent surgery. An occupational therapist on site at the time of his death upgraded that to “severed” and called it medical malpractice.

This is all according a police source who has seen the police report.

Why Isn’t Hulk Hogan’s Police Report Public?

Clearwater Police tell ABC News that their investigation is ongoing. This has meant additional interviews and requests for medical data. Nick and Brooke Hogan are part of these interviews, they say.

“All of this takes time,” the cops note. “Until the investigation is completed, no records related to the case, including body camera footage, can be released.”

All of this leads back to Brooke Hogan’s plea for the body cam and 911 call to be released. On Instagram Stories, she revealed that someone with legit credentials encouraged her to examine both.
