Before Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban only publicly dated two women: supermodel Niki Taylor from 2002 to 2004, and then a woman named Laura Sigler, who had a serious message for Kidman after the news of their engagement broke in the mid-2000s. Now that Kidman and Urban are headed for divorce proceedings, Sigler’s chilling message for Kidman has resurfaced.

For those who don’t know, Kidman and Urban met back in Jan 2005 during the G’Day USA gala. They didn’t date til months later, and then they got engaged one year later. They married a month later in 2006, and welcomed two daughters together named Sunday, born in July 2008, and Faith, born in Dec 2010. Then, their romance ended in 2025 after 19 years of marriage, and the news has been widely discussed.

However, before Kidman, there was Sigler, who was described as a veterinary technician and was with Urban for nearly a decade; they even got engaged at one point.

According to Sigler, who says she knew Urban “very well,” she dubbed him as unable to commit to any woman. She told The Mail via The Sydney Morning Herald, “Nicole and Keith might date for a while – but it won’t last very long. I don’t know her, but I know him very well.”

She added that he cheated on her numerous times, saying, “He had numerous flings while we were together.”

“He talks about having a family but there is a dark side to him. He was a drunk and a drug user. He has an addictive personality and always wants more. I am not sure he can make any one woman happy,” she continued. “There were a lot of lows with the drugs. I don’t have any dark past – he was probably the darkest part, but I’m on my own now and I’m happy about that.”
