LeAnn Rimes Dispels Breast Augmentation Rumors in Recent Instagram Q&A

During an Instagram Q&A earlier this week, a user hinted that LeAnn Rimes had plastic surgery, and the singer/actress opted to respond.

We honestly didn’t notice if LeAnn Rimes added a little more up top, but someone else sure did.

As you may know, the “How Do I Live” singer is a regular cast member on the procedural 9-1-1: Nashville, playing Dixie Bennings, the ex of Captain Don Hart, the firefighter played by Chris O’Donnell.

During a now-expired Instagram Q&A on Sunday, a user wrote “Boob job.” While that seems like trolling to us, Rimes felt compelled to respond.

Did Leann Rimes Have a Procedure?

To be fair, Rimes’ character does have the ability to move a man’s eyes downward, if you know what we mean. But to insinuate that she had a procedure for the role seems rude. Yet, the 43-year-old actress shared how she enhanced the size of her bosom.

“If you are referring to my boobs, I can’t believe I am talking about my boobs,” she wrote. “But if you are referring to my boobs in some of the videos that I have been posting when it comes to my character in 9-1-1: Nashville, I have the most massive push-up bra of my life on… In fact, when I took off the bra one day, my boobs stayed up by my chin a bit before they fell.”

Rimes added, “So no, I did not get a boob job. Nothing that has not been there already.”

Dixie Bennings Is a Much Different Character for Rimes

Rimes rose to stardom when she was 14 with the single “Blue,” and she has had a prolific career ever since. From hit albums to acting roles, the singer has been working steadily on the stage and small screen for three decades.

The character of Dixie Bennings is Rimes’ first acting role since the 2018 Hallmark holiday movie It’s Christmas, Eve. Last month, we reported on why she found her first acting role in seven years to be a challenge.

“It was definitely a stretch for me,” she said. “Dixie [her character on the show] is obsessed with her son. There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for her son as a single mom. But she definitely feels like she’s been slighted in life. She will go to every extreme in order to get what she feels like she’s owed — including manipulating his love.”

While we may not have noticed her, um, assets, we can definitely see how she’s testing herself in her new role.
