The list highlights principles like prioritizing rest, valuing and “physical wellness as an act of stewardship,” and respecting “human dignity and eternal worth.”

However, the post drew mixed reactions due to the current state of things in the U.S. after the assassination of Conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Some followers criticized the Canadian pop star for not commenting on Kirk’s death, with one writing, “Christian? Yeah, I don’t think so. Don’t be afraid to speak up in support of Charlie.”
