The NFL power couple Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld recently got engaged after almost 2 years of dating. The announcement came as a surprise for the fans who were flabbergasted. However, they weren’t the only ones as the Hollywood star relates to the unforeseen proposal.

Hailee Steinfeld recently appeared in an interview with the ‘Who What Wear‘ media where she revised her engagement. Recalling her special day, she was asked if she knew it was a proposal leading up to Josh Allen popping out the big question.

The Hawkeye star confessed to having blacked out during the whole event. Not just that, she did not even recall what the Bills’ star said to her before she gave him a yes. Steinfeld remained astound for several hours after the proposal and still seemed unable to fathom.

I blacked out completely. I don’t feel like I saw anything around me for several hours, I don’t remember anything he said.

Hailee Steinfeld couldn’t help her memory of that day failing her as it slipped past her. However, she expressed her excitement on getting to marry the ‘man of her dreams’. As for the proposal, the model swore it was better than she could have thought out. Notably, this wasn’t the first time Steinfeld had talked about the details of her proposal to the public.

In the edition of her newsletter, ‘Beau Society’ right after her engagement, Steinfeld officially introduced the readers to her fiance Josh Allen. Speaking of that day, she penned down an emotional message expressing her overwhelm. She further revealed that ‘her fiance’ had planned a ‘magical proposal’ for her.
