Post Malone & Ex-Fiancée Reach Custody Settlement for 3-Year-Old Daughter — Report
Post Malone and his ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, have reportedly settled the custody of their three-year-old daughter. The former couple welcomed their only child in May 2022. The ex-partners are very protective of their daughter and have kept her away from the limelight.

Post Malone and his ex, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, have reportedly settled their custody battle. On November 13, PEOPLE obtained court documents filed in Utah that detail their custody settlement. Reportedly, the agreement covers custody, visitation rights, and child support for the former couple’s daughter.
Back in April this year, Jamie Park officially requested primary custody of their two-year-old daughter in Los Angeles Superior Court. The former couple has not disclosed their daughter’s name, and she is referred to only by her initials DDP in the media. (via PEOPLE)
The official court document revealed that Park wanted joint legal custody and wanted to give the “Circles” singer visitation rights. Additionally, Park wanted the rapper to pay for their daughter’s legal fees.
The document states, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
It appears Malone and Park split this year. TMZ shared a TikTok video taken by a fan that showed the “Sunflower” singer hanging out with another woman. The woman was identified as Christy Lee in March 2025.
The former couple has maintained strict privacy around their daughter. However, the rapper has spoken about his daughter and fatherhood in several interviews and appearances. In September 2023, Post Malone spoke about his decision to keep his then-fiancée and their daughter out of the spotlight.
He revealed, “I feel like a lot of people feel entitled to know every single detail of everyone’s life, and it’s why I don’t want to post any pictures of my baby, because I want her to be able to make that decision whenever she wants to and is ready.” (via CR Fashion Book)
