Tiger Woods appears to be making a profit thanks to latest mugshot

Tiger Woods appears to be making a profit from his DUI car-crash arrest after fans rushed to buy the same polo shirt he was wearing in his now infamous mugshot.

The 50-year-old golf legend was sporting the blue polo from his own Sun Day Red clothing brand when he was nabbed following another rollover car crash in Jupiter Island, Fla., on Friday.

In the hours after his mug was released, the $125 shirt was quickly snapped up online in every size.

The polo was no longer available on the company’s website as of early Monday.

“I guess that’s one way to market your products…,” one social media user quipped.

It wasn’t immediately clear how much Woods — who is worth $1.5 billion, according to Forbes — makes from his clothing brand.

The embattled golf great was hit with the DUI charge for allegedly being under the influence of drugs when he rolled his Range Rover on Friday afternoon.

He showed signs of impairment at the crash scene, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.

Woods tested negative for alcohol impairment on a breathalyzer check but refused a urinalysis test.

Investigators believe he was allegedly under the influence of “some type of medication or drug” at the time.

“This could have been a lot worse,” Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said.

Woods — who was forced to crawl out of his overturned SUV from the passenger door — was charged with driving under the influence with property damage and refusing a lawful test.

He was released on bail some eight hours after his arrest.
