Hulk Hogan’s Ex-Wife Linda Reflects on His Cheating and Admits She Loved Him ‘More Than He Loved Me’

Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife Linda shared a heart-rending reflection about her relationship with the WWE star after his death.

Linda, 65, penned the emotional message on Monday, July 28 in a comment on a throwback Instagram post of herself and Hulk that she had posted ten days earlier, before his death on Thursday. The post’s original caption, shared just five days before his death, read, “The good old days !”

On Monday, Linda commented, “I had no idea he would pass away this soon . We all really thought he would make a come back,” adding that Hulk’s death was a “big surprise.”

Linda, who is the mother of Hulk’s children Brooke and Nick Hogan, said she is “devastated” and that her ex-husband’s death is “hitting me so hard.”

In a particularly vulnerable admission, Linda shared that her feelings for the wrestling icon were stronger than his were for her. “I loved Hulkster more than he loved me,” wrote Linda. “It hurt when he cheated. But he was sooo famous.”

She said she “sort of” understood why Hulk was unfaithful during their marriage, but said it was still “crushing” and “hurt” her deeply. Linda revealed that she was never able to “get over” the wrestler and never “started a real relationship w [sic] anyone” because she “missed” her ex-husband.

Linda revealed that she has been “weeping all day” while reflecting on the “finality” of Hulk’s passing. “It’s just shocking. We spent every minute together for so many years.”

“I’ve known him since he was 28 yrs old,” Linda, who was 22 when they met, continued. “I still love him,” she admitted, noting that she “never spoke [to] or saw him” since their split, but shared that Nick, 35, “would tell me things” about Hulk’s life. Brooke, 37, has been estranged from the family for two years.

Linda said, despite the family’s falling out, she “still felt” like she, Hulk, Nick and Brooke “were a family,” adding, “It’s so hard to know he’s just gone.” The mother of two said she “tried to stay strong for Nick” but avowed that she was “melting down now” as she grieves.

Concluding her comment, Linda wrote, “I love you Hulkster . You were my man . The only man for me . RIP.”

Hulk, who was 71 when he died on July 24 in Clearwater, Florida after first responders were called to his home for a reported cardiac arrest, was married to Linda for 23 years before the couple split due to his infidelity. Hulk married his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel, in 2010. They later divorced in 2021, after which he tied the knot with wife Sky Daily in September 2023.
