Mystery Woman In Zayn Malik’s Infamous Hotel Room ‘Booty’ Call Breaks Silence
After more than a decade of speculation, the mystery woman at the center of Zayn Malik’s leaked 2012 hotel invitation has come forward, and she’s telling her side for the first time.
32-year-old Tricia Corona, now a married mother-of-two living in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, confirmed she was the voice on the other end of the infamous phone call with Zayn Malik that sent the One Direction fandom into a frenzy.
Mystery ‘Crystabel Riley’ In Zayn Malik’s Infamous Hotel Call Speaks Out

Back in 2012, an audio clip circulated online of a man with a northern-English accent inviting a group of women to his hotel room.
The caller said “Harry” wanted “booty” and instructed the women to tell hotel staff they were “Crystabel Riley,” the band’s makeup artist, to slip past waiting fans. Fans immediately suspected the man was Malik, with some believing “Harry,” mentioned in the call, was none other than his bandmate Harry Styles.
The identity of “Crystabel Riley” became a running mystery in the 1D community for more than 10 years, until Corona decided to put the speculation to rest.

Corona says her encounter with Malik began on March 17, 2012, when she took her superfan cousin to meet One Direction during a St. Patrick’s Day album signing at a suburban Philadelphia Walmart. After hours in line, she finally approached the table, where she met each band member.
Once standing in front of Malik, she claims the band member looked up and muttered, “I like your jubblies.”
“I didn’t know what that meant. And I looked at my cousin. She was like, ‘I think he means he likes your boobs,’” she recalled, to which she then boldly slid Malik her phone number on a piece of paper pulled from her bra.
“I don’t know where the confidence came from,” she told Daily Mail. “It’s almost like I blacked out.”
“We were all just giddy, it’s exciting,” she continued. “When we were standing in line, and even when we went up and talked to them, we never would have expected that the night would have ended the way it did.”
Zayn Malik’s Midnight Call Sends Fan On Wild Trip For Hotel Meetup

Later that night, while driving home to Pittsburgh, Corona says she began receiving repeated calls from a British number, first as a prank.
The calls continued for an “absurd amount of time,” until a midnight call from Malik directly came through, asking her to come to his Philadelphia hotel.
However, when she arrived, she claims the band had already left for New York, prompting Malik to extend the invitation there, so Corona says she and a friend drove to the city, where Malik was staying at The London hotel.

She says they simply “walked right in” to the hotel and took the elevator to Malik’s floor. Styles, she claims, was across the hall and invited her friend into his room.
Inside Malik’s suite, Corona says they chatted, shared a meal of chicken fingers and fries, and eventually slept together.
“We were both legal, consenting adults,” she said. “He was nothing but kind and respectful.” She denied rumors that others were involved in the encounter.
Woman In Zayn Malik’s Viral 2012 Hotel Call Says She’s ‘At Peace’ With Story

Months later, the call leaked online, and Corona says the reaction was overwhelming. Her mom heard it on the radio, co-workers recognized her voice, and online backlash was swift, with some accusing her of wrecking Malik’s relationship with then-girlfriend Perrie Edwards.
“He was getting terrible backlash for that, and I felt really terrible because that wasn’t the case,” she claimed. “There was no cheating involved.”
Now in her 30s, Corona says she’s unbothered by trolls and laughs about the story with her husband, Andrew, who told Daily Mail, “What she did 12 years ago when we were just friends” doesn’t upset him.
While Malik’s four-year romance with Edwards was plagued by infidelity rumors, Corona insists her story is just a “fun time” from her youth. “The life I live now is far different than the life I once lived,” she said. “This was a minuscule part of my life.”
Despite some fans still sending death threats, Corona says she’s at peace. “I’m at a point where I don’t care. I’ll tell you the story. It happened.”
