Gwen Stefani’s son Zuma, 17, transforms into a mini Blake Shelton with mullet and country crooning
The nepo baby is now an aspiring country singer rocking western wear, and he’s got a mullet just like his 49-year-old stepfather sported in the early aughts.
In fact, Blake had the ‘business in the front, party in the back’ hockey hair as far back as middle school in the eighties.
The 55-year-old proud mom shared clips of Zuma performing a cover of Zach Bryan‘s 2024 song Dawns while playing the acoustic guitar at their home.
Gwen – who boasts 37.5M social media followers – captioned her Instagram slideshow: ‘Happy birthday to our sweet and talented Zuma! We love [you] soooo much!’
Stefani also posted a video of Shelton proudly introducing his stepson onstage the Doghouse at his bar Ole Red in Tishomingo, OK.

Zuma made his musical debut at the same venue in July 2024 where he performed yet another Zach Bryan song – his 2022 track Oklahoma Smokeshow.
‘I get to teach them the country, you know, and I love that,’ the eight-time Grammy nominee gushed to ET last year.
‘When people say it’s not about you anymore when you have a kid… I think if you’re doing it right, it’s not about you anymore. That’s true.’
Blake – who was taught guitar by his uncle at age 12 – continued: ‘We still have Apollo, so we have another almost 10 years before we can kick him out, so it should be a lot of fun.’
Gwen’s touching tribute received glowing comments from Instagram users like @lillitu, who wrote: ‘Aww he picked up Blake’s mannerisms when he sings, so cute. Love that Blake has had such a positive impact on your kids.’

Before his four-year marriage to Lambert, the Stay Country or Die Tryin’ singer was married to Kaynette Gern for a little over two years until their 2006 divorce.
July 3 marked Gwen and Blake’s fourth wedding anniversary.
On Thursday, Shelton announced he’s kicking off his eight-date Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace’s the Colosseum on January 15.
But first, the 6ft5in star – who gets 10.7M monthly listeners on Spotify – is next scheduled to perform August 28 at Jacks Bash 3 in Brookings, SD.
Blake and his Pour Me a Drink duet partner Post Malone are nominated for best collaboration at the MTV Video Music Awards, which air September 7 on CBS/Paramount+.
