Post Malone Celebrates His 30th Birthday Today… & People On The Internet Are Shocked He’s Only 30 Years Old

Post Malone and the United States of America share the same birthday? How cool is that?

I’d love for my birthday to fall on July 4th. Everyone is in a good mood, you get off of work for your birthday every year, and there’s an abundance of hot dogs and fireworks throughout the day. Seems like a pretty sweet deal, and one person that gets to experience that year in and year out is Post Malone.

The “I Had Some Help Singer” celebrates his 30th birthday today, while America celebrates it’s 249th birthday.

Austin Post (that’s his real name) was born in New York in 1995, and those that are good with quick math know that means the pop-star-turned-country-singer now has 30 years of life under his belt.

And though he ended up being a bit early with this prediction, safe to say that he spoke this into existence:

 

Called his shot.

Hopefully Post Malone is enjoying his milestone birthday celebration today. Year 29 was a big year for him, with the release of F-1 Trillion and the opening of his very own downtown Nashville bar Posty’s. He’s got a lot going for him as he reaches the 30-year mark… other than the fact that a lot of his fans thought he was much, much older.

That was made apparent when Pop Crave shared this 30th birthday post about Post Malone:

 

While there were a number of social media users congratulating Posty on his 30th birthday, most in the replies couldn’t believe that Malone is only 30 years of age. The comments left by those online who were shocked Post Malone wasn’t older were not very flattering, to say the least:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The good news? Post Malone might have cracked the key to aging.

If people think he looks 40-year-old now, then when he’s actually 40 (and as long as he takes care of himself), people will think he looks a decade younger. Does that make sense? I think looking older when your younger can actually be beneficial in the aging process… as long as you don’t continue to look 10 years older than you actually are.

Hopefully Post Malone is too busy on his 30th birthday to get bogged down in the social media comments. The last thing you want to hear when you turn 30 is, “You’re only 30? Could’ve sworn you were a lot older.”
