Country Singer Reveals They Have a Shrine of Themselves in Their Home

Carly Pearce recently admitted that she’s built a shrine to herself in a corner of her home, and she sees no issue with doing so.

One thing you learn throughout life is that if you don’t celebrate your success, then no one else will either.

Well, it would appear that Carly Pearce has taken that lesson to a whole new level. The country singer-songwriter recently revealed that she’s built a shrine of her accomplishments in her home.

“You would walk in my hallway and turn the corner into my living room, and there’s a shrine of myself — and I’m fine with it,” she said during an appearance on “Taste Of Country Nights.” “My dad thinks it’s a little aggressive, but when you’ve worked your whole life, every plaque, every award — everything — is there.”

The problem with constructing a “shrine” for your achievements is that when you’re as successful as Carly, space has a tendency to become an issue.

“I’m at max capacity,” Carly said. “I have some plaques in my garage, which is a nice feeling. I’ll take it.”

Be honest, though, who here wouldn’t want so much success that your self-made shrine is overflowing with awards?

It’s a good problem to have.

Now, the only question Carly will need to ask herself is whether she needs a bigger house. After all, at 35, her career is far from over, which means more awards are likely on the horizion.

Carly Pearce Was Recently Diagnosed With Pericarditis

Carly has been quite busy making media appearances over the past few weeks. However, her appearance on Rolling Stone’s “Nashville Now” led her to reveal an underlying health issue she was recently diagnosed with.

The singer-songwriter was recently diagnosed with pericarditis. Unfortunately for Carly, doctors had previously misdiagnosed the issue as anxiety.

“That was something I developed in 2020 and didn’t know what it was for a really long time. It was kind of misdiagnosed, also dismissed,” Carly said. “‘Oh, you have anxiety. Oh, you have a busy schedule. And it’s like, ‘No, something’s not right.’ And, so, in 2024, I went public with that just because it took me out for a second. But I’m doing really well.”

Fortunately, Carly is in good health, and the doctors are now aware of the issue. Hopefully, that continues for a long time to come, especially now the doctors know what she’s dealing with.
