Brooke Hogan said she does not suspect foul play in the death of her father Hulk Hogan.
The 37-year-old former reality star spoke to TMZ on Wednesday, Aug. 27, telling the outlet that Clearwater police invited her to see his body and review the 911 call made by his wife Sky Daily Hogan on July 24.
After seeing the WWE star’s body and reviewing the call and body cam footage, Brooke said she feels satisfied that there was no foul play, after previously questioning his death and why there was no autopsy.
“There’s so much red tape. From what I understand, when it becomes a medical malpractice situation its still considered a natural death,” Brooke said.
“I got to see that an autopsy was indeed performed and that is what I came there to do,” she continued, adding that she accepted an invitation from the chief of police to see the body cam footage. “A lot of those things put the pieces together,” said Brooke.

Later in the interview, the “About Us” singer recalled hearing the 911 call made by Sky after Hogan suffered his heart attack. Brooke said that if the call becomes available to the public, which she hoped it would not be, she would “definitely caution” people from listening.
“Hearing Sky call 911 and hearing her voice was….how can I put this, probably 1,000 times worse for me than seeing my dad dead, honestly,” Brooke said. She said the 911 call was “the most traumatizing thing” she witnessed while meeting with police.
“You hear the pure love and panic, and strife, and it was very hard to digest and to listen to. I was putting on my best game face in the police officers office to not absolutely sob hearing it,” she added.

Hogan was laid to rest in a private funeral in Clearwater, Fl., on Aug. 5, 12 days after he died of a heart attack. The service took place at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Clearwater, the city where Hulk, born Terry Gene Bollea, had been living with his wife.
Brooke was not in attendance for the funeral, explaining in a post the day after that Hogan “hated the morbidity of funerals” and that she’s mourning him “privately…the way that made me feel closest to him.”
After seeing his body now, though, Brooke told TMZ she was struck by how, “He looked just like him.” Adding that her father was laid to rest in a black suit and matching bandana, “He looked like a badass. He looked like Hulk Hogan,” she said.
