Faith Hill Has Been An “Amazing Help” For Tim McGraw Following His Double Knee Surgery

Faith Hill has been incredibly supportive of her husband Tim McGraw amid his surgeries and recovery.

Tim McGraw had to get double knee surgery last year, which has resulted in months of recovery and follow-up surgeries. During his extensive recovery period, his wife has been an “amazing help.”

It’s well-documented that McGraw’s wife has supported him through thick and thin. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that she’s been supporting him during this time, too.

McGraw still faces months of pain and recovery. A source told Closer just how awesome Hill has been.

“Faith has been an amazing help at keeping his mindset positive,” they said. “She’s always so good at reminding him to focus on all he has to be grateful for, that has been huge for him as he navigates this.”

Tim McGraw Has Lost Out On A Lot Due To Injury

The source also spoke on him losing a lead role due to the injury. Tim McGraw was supposed to star in an upcoming Netflix show about bull riding. The surgeries and recovery, however, have put a stop to those plans.

“He’s following all the doctor’s orders, it was tough for him to give up this role because he was really excited about it, but it was the best choice for the project,” the source spilled. He’s an executive producer on it and no one on the team wants to postpone the shoot, as much as everyone wants Tim to do it, there’s simply no way he’ll be ready to take on this kind of demanding role anytime soon.”

It’s a shame, but not the only thing he’s had to forfeit. His tour last year was cut short due to the injury, and some touring plans for this year were affected.

“He’s in a hell of a lot of pain now and once the surgery is done, he’ll need months of recovery and therapy sessions,” they said. “It’s a really tough pill to swallow, especially so soon after he had to cancel all those tour dates but he’s doing his best to stay positive.”

I’m sure his wife has helped a lot with the ‘staying positive’ part.
