Turning Point USA said it will be hosting its own halftime show during the Super Bowl this February.

The conservative nonprofit organization, founded by Charlie Kirk, announced Thursday that it will be hosting “The All-American Halftime Show” on Feb. 8, 2026.

Performers have not yet been announced, but the show promises to celebrate “faith, family and freedom.”

The announcement comes after some conservatives were unhappy that Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny was chosen as the Super Bowl halftime show performer.

Bad Bunny sings only in Spanish and said his Super Bowl performance would be no different.

Facebook comments on Turning Point’s All-American halftime show announcement were quick to point out that Bad Bunny is a U.S. citizen, as are all Puerto Ricans.

“The real halftime show is American, too. Bad Bunny is American,” one user wrote.

However, many comments were in support of the alternative halftime show, with many suggesting musical acts they would like to see perform.

Among options like country, pop and classic rock, there’s also an option to choose “anything in English,” seemingly in direct opposition to the Super Bowl halftime show.

It’s unclear where the event will be held and where it will be available to watch. Turning Point USA said more details to come.
