Antonio is one of five new faces joining their line-up of current and former footballers for the new campaign.
He will be joined by five-time Champions League winner Gareth Bale for domestic and European football coverage.
TNT Sports begin the new season with Thursday’s UEFA Super Cup clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham, a match you can also listen to live on talkSPORT.
Meanwhile, Fara Williams, Jen Beattie and Anita Asante will be part of their Women’s FA Cup broadcasts.
It follows a new partnership between talkSPORT and TNT Sports ahead of the new season.
As part of the deal, Andy Goldstein and Darren Bent will host a new hour-long show at 6pm every Friday called Friday Night Live on talkSPORT.
Familiar faces from TNT Sports’ coverage of a variety of sports will join each week as guests, with Ugo Monye amongst the special guests on this Friday’s inaugural show.
Antonio’s move comes off the back of his exit from the Hammers last week following a decade at the club.
His delayed departure was confirmed after his contract expired at the end of last season.
West Ham had delayed their decision on his future as he recovered from injuries sustained in a car accident in December.

Antonio broke his leg in four places after crashing his Ferrari with the player later admitting he was lucky to be alive.
The injuries prevented the 35-year-old from making another appearance for the Hammers.
However, Antonio did return to action with Jamaica at the CONCACAF Gold Cup in June.
He made three substitute appearances during the group stage against Guatemala, Guadeloupe and Panama.
Antonio also trained and played for West Ham’s under-21 side earlier this summer before his exit was confirmed.
Antonio’s next club
Despite leaving the club, the forward has no plans to retire after revealing his speaking to multiple potential suitors.

Freak of nature! Mark Noble gives update on West Ham’s Michail Antonio after horrifying car crash
Speaking exclusively to talkSPORT’s Alex Crook following the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium, he was asked if he would be retiring.
Antonio replied: “No, definitely not. I’m speaking to clubs right now to see where the best offer is for me to go, and we’ll just see how it goes.”
As for the level he is hoping to play at, he added: “To be honest, there’s a mixture.
“We’re talking to clubs here, we’re talking to clubs abroad, but I’m going to leave it very vague – talk to clubs in England and abroad.”
Antonio is West Ham’s all-time leading Premier League scorer with 68 strikes in 268 top-flight appearances for the club.
