And he has now dropped some of that cash on hot property in the Middle Eastern nation, 16 miles off the coast in the middle of the Red Sea.

Ronaldo and his family can now continue living the life of luxury on the exclusive Red Sea island of Nujuma.

Located nearly 800 miles away from the Saudi capital Riyadh, where CR7 plies his trade, the amazing island features stunning private villas for elite getaways.

The properties – which are estimated to cost £3.5m each – are designed to form together in the shape of a ring over the sea.

 

Ex-Man United star Ronaldo and Georgina are reportedly among the first to snap up two properties on Nujuma, where prices range from around £3m-£4.5m.

One of the villas is said to have three bedrooms for family use, while the other boasts two bedrooms.

Nearby luxuries on the island include a golf course and top dining venues, with 11 planned resorts set to open in the future.

Ronaldo was quoted by the Saudi Gazette as saying: “It’s truly exceptional in every sense of the word.

“From our first visit, Georgina and I felt a deep connection with this island and its breathtaking natural beauty.
