Transfer expert Nicolo Schira has already confirmed Xavi Simons to Chelsea a DONE DEAL for a €70M package. Contract until 2032 with an option to extend for 2033.
A journalist is making a very bold claim today that Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig to Chelsea is now a done deal!
Obviously we will need to wait for further confirmation and updates from reliable journalists and outlets to see if the claims hold any weight, but according to journalist Nicolo Schira, it’s a done deal!
Simons to Chelsea has actually gone a bit quiet in the last couple of days, but could that be a good or a bad thing? Maybe it’s all done and ready but just hasn’t been announced yet? Maybe talks have broken down and the deal is off, yet we just don’t know yet? Or maybe they’re just continuing negotiations right now. It could be any of those things.
The last update we had on it was from Fabrizio Romano, who simply stated that Chelsea were still on it, trying to get it done.
Since this report though, that also mentioned Jorrel Hato, nothing else has come out on Simons but Hato’s deal has been reliably confirmed to be a deal agreed!

Chelsea fans have been wanting some double Dutch madness with Hato and Simons coming in and some fans wanted to see a double announcement! Maybe we still do get that?
Schira claims done deal!
Schira posted on his X account just a few hours back now, saying:
‘Done Deal and confirmed! Xavi Simons will sign for Chelsea from Leipzig. Contract until 2032 with the option for 2033.’
Obviously this isn’t the most reputable source you will know, so we have to just wait and see now if anyone else comes out to report the same.
