Jon Bon Jovi took to the Croke Park pitch today as he announced a Dublin concert as part of next year’s tour.

The Bon Jovi frontman joked he comes to Ireland so frequently because he’s “aspiring to be Irish” and refused to rule out more Croker gigs in 2026.

The singer confirmed the band will play six gigs across the US, Ireland and the UK next summer as part of The Forever Tour which will be the first time he’s returned to the stage since 2022 after undergoing vocal surgery.

The Livin’ On A Prayer singer, whose wife Dorothea Hurley has Irish roots, added: “There’s a feeling I get when I come here. Maybe it’s because I’m smart enough to marry an Irish woman. Our history takes us back to every venue that there is here in Dublin.”

Bon Jovi will play Croke Park on Sunday, August 30. Presale is October 27 and general sale begins on October 31.
