Jennifer Aniston may now be 52 years of age, but she looks as well as she did during the height of her ‘Friends’ acting career.

Now on Instagram, the actress regularly shows off her figure and her fans are always wondering what her secret is.

Her trainer Leyon Azubuike has spoken to Women’s Health about Aniston’s workout regime, explaining what exercises they do.

“We box, we jump rope, we do strength training, we do a lot of work with resistance bands,” he said.

“We rotate these things so it’s always hard, she’s consistently being challenged. I’m a big fan of switching things up, so the body reacts in a positive way and changes.”

Even though Aniston has a busy schedule, she always manages to find time to keep fit.

“Where we are in a cycle dictates the duration and intensity of Jen’s workout,” Azubuike said.

“If I know Jen isn’t filming anything, it’s a different phase than if I know she’s going to be walking up to receive an award. I’m not going to destroy her legs in the gym the day before.

“She has to respond when I say go. If she has a shoot at 03:00 and we need to work out before that, let’s go.”

“We respect each other in that regard, so it’s a constant back and forth with mutual respect and understanding.”

As well as the exercises mentioned above, the pair work on boxing, spinning, yoga and other gym drills. This explains how Jennifer Aniston is keeping her youthful looks.
