AI photos have imagined what Chrissy Teigen would look like if she had not had any cosmetic enhancements. The model, who turned 40 on Sunday, has been open about the plastic surgery she’s gotten over the years, including buccal fat removal from her cheeks, an eyebrow transplant and a hairline lowering procedure, amongst other things. Now, dramatic new computer-generated images have revealed what the reality star might have looked like had she not gone under the knife.

Artificial intelligence was instructed to analyze photos of the businesswoman when she was younger and predict what her appearance would be at age 40 if she kept everything natural. And the results were shockingly different from what she actually looks like at this age. Teigen first opened up about getting plastic surgery in 2017, telling Allure that she had armpit fat removal surgery nine years prior.

‘[I had] my armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things I’ve done,’ she said. ‘It’s a big secret, but I don’t care. It added two inches to my arms. It made me feel better in strapless dresses, and I felt more confident.’ In 2020, the star admitted to Glamour UK that she had received breast implants at 20 years old at the height of her modeling career.

‘It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky,’ she shared. ‘But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.’ Soon after, she revealed on Instagram that she was getting her breast implants removed. ‘I’m getting surgery soon. A lot of people are understandably curious (and nosey!) so I’ll just say it here: I’m getting my boobs out,’ she wrote. ‘They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort. No biggie! So don’t worry about me.’

The brunette beauty also announced on social media in 2021 that she had received a buccal fat removal procedure on her cheeks. She showed off her gorgeous complexion and tagged Dr. Jason Diamond in the clip where she pointed to the spot on her cheeks where fat was removed. She later added she had undergone an eyebrow transplant from the same doctor. ‘I never wear makeup if I can avoid it so I was so excited about this eyebrow transplant surgery where they take hairs from the back of your head,’ she wrote. Back in May, Teigen sparked worry after she posted a video showing her face bandaged up while in a hospital. She then explained that she had undergone a ‘hairline lowering procedure’ while sharing a photo showing tiny stitches along her hairline on her Instagram Stories.

She wrote that she lost hair in the front from pregnancies and had thinning that required the hairline procedure. She has also said that she’s had Botox injected in her jaws, but not for aesthetic reasons. According to Teigen, the procedure was done to relieve jaw clenching – an ailment she blamed on President Donald Trump. In addition, the model previously revealed she’d had veneers put on her teeth. ‘I shaved away my teeth and made them into little pencil points for nice teeth… I was a notorious teeth-grinder,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar.
