MARVEL STUDIOS: ONLY THREE MOVIES IN 2 YEARS 🎬
It’s confirmed that Marvel Studios will not be releasing any films between ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and ‘Avenger: Secret Wars’.
That makes it clear that in 2026 we’ll have ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ in July and ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ in December. In 2027 only ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ in December.
Marvel had another date confirmed by Disney in July 2027, but it was cancelled and space will have ‘The Simpsons’ movie.
It won’t happen like between ‘Infinity War’ and ‘Endgame’ that Marvel released a couple of movies.
Yelena will appear in all three projects.

Marvel Studios’ blockbuster superhero movies will be released in late 2026 and 2027, respectively.

Marvel Studios’ superhero team needs a little more time to regroup.

Avengers: Doomsday will be pushed back from May 1, 2026, to December 18, 2026, while Avengers: Secret Wars will be released on December 17, 2027, instead of May 7, 2027.

However, Disney isn’t giving up on its coveted early summer 2026 release date, and has already set 20th Century’s The Devil Wears Prada 2 to debut on May 1 instead of Doomsday.

During a nearly five-and-a-half-hour livestream in late March, Marvel Studios began revealing the cast for Avengers: Doomsday, which included mainstays of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as actors from 20th Century Fox’s now-defunct X-Men universe and the upcoming stars of Fantastic Four: First Steps. Notable absentees included Tom Holland (Spider-Man) and Chris Evans (Captain America), the latter of whom Evans is expected to appear in at least one of the two films.

Additionally, several characters from the Thunderbolts* will also appear in the upcoming Avengers films.

Insiders say Doomsday and Secret Wars are two of the biggest titles Marvel has ever made, and the change in filming dates helps the production schedule ( Doomsday is currently filming). Marvel learned a hard lesson about what can happen when you rush. December is a good time for Marvel; it’s when Sony’s blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home comes out.
