An Amy Winehouse street art trail will come to Camden, as part of the Jewish Museum London’s celebration of the singer’s life.
Renowned street artist Pegasus, who has depicted the singer a number of times before, will create a trail around Camden Town that will allow fans and visitors to see her hometown in a new way.
It will feature the work of a number of street artists and will lead to a newly commissioned installation by Pegasus, entitled Love is a Losing Game.
An exhibition about Winehouse’s life will also return to the museum after a successful international tour. Amy Winehouse: A Family Portrait intimately explores the singer’s life, after the museum were given unprecedented access to her personal belongings by her family.
The exhibition covers a number of aspects from Winehouse’s life, from her style and musical influences, to the influence of her Jewish family history and her early life in Camden.
