Selena Gomez’ cousin comments on Justin Bieber’s picture after his cryptic post sparked Benny Blanco wedding theory
The celebrity couple’s former relationship is being dragged up once again by fans
Selena Gomez’ cousin reportedly left a stern comment on Justin Bieber’s latest Instagram post, as fans continue to obsess over the celebrity pair’s former relationship.
For those not in the loop, Selena, 33, tied the knot with music producer Benny Blanco. 37, on Saturday (27 September) in a stunning ceremony in Santa Barbara.
The happy couple have shared a slew of photos from their big day, with the The Wizards of a Waverley Place star looking gorgeous in an ivory halter-neck gown designed by Ralph Lauren, while her new husband sported a black tuxedo and bow tie.
Congratulations have been pouring in for the duo, who first began dating back in July 2023 and got engaged in December 2024.
They’ve been going from strength to strength ever since and have become quite the power couple, even releasing their own album together, ‘I Said I Love You First’ in March, which depicts their love story.
However, despite all this, some fans seemingly can’t help but obsess over the past, and have been keeping tabs on what the singer’s ex Justin Bieber, has been up to.

Despite Justin being married himself to wife Hailey Bieber, and the couple welcoming their first child together in August last year, some followers of Selena and Justin just don’t want to let their relationship go.
Justin and Selena were a couple on-and-off from 2010 from the ages of just 16 and 18, with many fans were convinced the pair would get married.
But, it wasn’t meant to be and they split for good in March 2018 – a whopping seven years ago.
However, fans apparently rushed to see if Justin would post anything acknowledging his ex’s wedding, which come on, he was never going to.
But, he did post something completely unrelated, and as to be expected, the internet ran away with it.
Justin had shared a post to Instagram with a carousel of photos of himself playing basketball at The League court in LA.
However, the choice of song used to soundtrack the post was his own ballad ‘I Do’, a romantic ballad he wrote about his marriage to Hailey.
in the comments, social media users wrote: “Benny: I do. Justin: I do too!” joked one, while someone else replied: “Song choice is wild.”
Since then, fans have been flooding the comments section with wild theories – and it seems that one of Selena’s relatives has, understandably, had enough.
Someone shared a screenshot to Reddit of a comment under one of Justin’s recent posts, which reads: “She’s gone forever.”
And Selena’s cousin Priscilla DeLeon allegedly responded to it, writing: “She’s finally in a place where peace matters more than the past. I just hope people stop dragging her name and let her live her life.”

The message has quickly been shared around social media and fans of both singers have been reacting to it.
One Redditor penned: “This is messyyy. Why would you even comment this and have everyone focus on this again rather than letting Selena have her happy drama free wedding weekend?”
While a second added: “If I were Selena, I would ban my family and friends from this s**t. like YOU are drawing attention to it.”
And a third wrote: “Why can’t people just get over JB and Selena relationship. Seriously it’s so annoying.”
